Careers Culture Code How we hire

Be The Soil.

The way we work. The way we grow. The way we decide who belongs here. This is Mittiva's Culture Code — six principles and a single founding idea that runs underneath everything we ship.

Founding Philosophy

Be the Soil.

The farmer's most valuable asset is something he will never sell, never show off, and never put on a pitch deck. Yet without it, nothing grows. The soil tracks nutrients, feeds roots, sustains the harvest — and all the farmer has to do is till it, plant a seed, and let nature do the rest.

That is what Mittiva is for Indian businesses. We don't want to be the loudest voice in the room. We want to be the ground beneath your feet — invisible, indispensable, and the reason everything grows.

Our mission is to take India's most hardworking people and free them from the repetitive, the mechanical, the human-induced. So they can focus on what only humans can do.

Why We Exist.

Two statements we hold ourselves to — one about today, one about ten years from now.

01 · Mission

To become the silent engine behind every Indian business that dares to grow.

We exist to take the repetitive, the manual, and the mechanical off the plate of Indian businesses — and replace it with automation, intelligence, and systems that run themselves. So our clients can do what only humans can: think, create, and lead.

02 · Vision

A future where no Indian business leaves growth on the table because of processes that should have been automated.

We envision an India where even the smallest business operates with the infrastructure of an enterprise — powered by CRM, AI, and digital systems built and run by Mittiva.

The Six Codes.

Non-negotiable, non-optional. These are the standards every Mittiva teammate holds themselves to — and the ones we hire and promote on.

01 Be the Soil

Invisible, indispensable, essential.

Don't chase the spotlight. Be so embedded in your client's growth that they can't imagine operating without you. The best work you do, the client will never fully see — they'll only see the results. Like soil, your value isn't in being noticed. It's in being necessary.

Very Mittiva

Proactively spots a gap in a client's process and fixes it before they notice it was broken.

Not Mittiva

Waits to be told what to do. Does the brief and nothing beyond it.

02 Always Hungry

Drive is not a mood. It's a standard.

Hunger is the one thing that separates people who talk about growth from people who build it. At Mittiva, hunger is non-negotiable — for your own growth, for your client's results, and for what this company can become. Comfort is the enemy of progress.

Very Mittiva

Finishes a deliverable and immediately asks — what's the next thing I can improve?

Not Mittiva

Does what was asked, clocks out, and waits for the next instruction.

03 Own Their Growth

Care about your client's business more than their own employees do.

The highest compliment a client can give is: "You understand our business better than we do." That's the bar. Know their industry, know their customers, know their goals. Be more invested than anyone on their payroll. When they win, we win.

Very Mittiva

Reads a client's industry news and brings insights to a call they didn't ask for.

Not Mittiva

Treats client work like a checklist. Delivers output without caring about outcome.

04 Kill the Queue

If it can be done today, it's already late.

Procrastination is just delayed failure. At Mittiva, we have a simple rule — if it can be done now, it gets done now. Not tomorrow. Not after lunch. The energy you spend thinking about doing a task is greater than the energy it takes to just do it.

Very Mittiva

Gets a request at 4pm and sends it back before end of day, no reminders needed.

Not Mittiva

Sits on tasks. Needs follow-ups. Always has a reason why it wasn't the right time.

05 No Loose Ends

Follow-through is rare. Here, it's the baseline.

Starting things is easy. Everyone does it. What separates great teams from average ones is the relentless commitment to finishing — properly, completely, without being chased. At Mittiva, you own a task until it is truly done. Not handed off. Not half-done. Done.

Very Mittiva

Sends the follow-up, confirms the outcome, and closes the loop without being asked.

Not Mittiva

Says "sent it!" and moves on. Never checks if it actually landed or worked.

06 Free the Human

If it's repetitive, it belongs to a machine.

India's greatest strength is its people. Our job is to make sure that strength isn't wasted on tasks a system can do better. Identify what's repetitive, what's mechanical, what's predictable — and automate it. Free yourself. Free your clients. Human energy is too valuable for human-induced LLM behavior.

Very Mittiva

Spots a manual process done more than twice and immediately asks — can we automate this?

Not Mittiva

Keeps doing the same task manually because "that's how it's always been done."

Till it. Plant it. Let it grow.

If the Culture Code reads like your job description more than a wishlist, we'd like to meet you. Send us a paragraph about what you'd want to own here — and one thing you've finished that nobody made you finish.
