Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of mittiva.io and any consultancy engagement with Mittiva. Plain-language summary first, then the detail. Read the whole thing — but if you only have a minute, the gist is: be reasonable with the site, anything you tell us in a booking is processed by our partners (LeadConnector and Google), and disputes are settled under Indian law in Chennai.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing mittiva.io, browsing our pages, booking a call, or engaging Mittiva for any consultancy or build work, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the site or our services. If you're using the site or engaging Mittiva on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Description of services

Mittiva is a Chennai-based studio that designs and builds AI tools for small and mid-sized businesses — voice agents, conversational chat, automations, websites, CRM, social media workflows, and adjacent services. Our website is a marketing site. We don't run a SaaS platform; we don't host customer-facing accounts. Everything we deliver is delivered as a project or retainer engagement, governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work or proposal). These Terms cover use of the website and the booking/contact flows you find on it — they sit alongside, not in place of, any agreement we sign for a specific engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this site or engage our services. By using the site you confirm you meet that requirement. The site is operated from India and is intended primarily for visitors in India. We make no representation that the site or our services are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the servers it sits on, or any related infrastructure.
  • Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or any content that's harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Scrape the site at scale, harvest contact details for unsolicited outreach, or otherwise abuse the public-facing calendar, chat widget, or contact email.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any code, design, or content on the site without our written permission.

5. Third-party tools we embed

To run the site we embed a small number of third-party tools. When you use these features, you're also subject to the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy:

  • LeadConnector / GoHighLevel — powers the booking calendar on our contact page and the chat widget on our services page. When you book a call or send a chat, your details flow through LeadConnector's infrastructure. See LeadConnector's terms and privacy policy.
  • Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics — we measure visits and interactions to understand which pages are working. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts — typography is loaded from Google's font CDN.

We don't control these third parties. We pick them because they're industry-standard, but we can't be responsible for their availability, accuracy, or how they handle data on their side. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we share with each.

6. Intellectual property

All content on mittiva.io — including the copy, layouts, illustrations, code, the Mittiva name, the M-constellation mark, and the design system — is owned by Mittiva or licensed to it. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or build derivative works from any part of the site without prior written permission. Work produced for paying clients is governed by the IP terms in the relevant statement of work — not by these site Terms.

7. Project engagements & payments

Booking a call doesn't create a contract. A project engagement begins only when both parties sign a written statement of work or proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, IP ownership, and confidentiality. Site copy, including language like "ship in four weeks" or "PageSpeed 90+", is descriptive and illustrative — your engagement letter is the binding document. We may decline to take on any specific project at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers & no warranty

The site and any information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, secure, or always reachable, nor that any content on it is current or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Mittiva, its founders, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the site or any third-party tools embedded on it. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the site will not exceed ₹10,000. Liability arising from a signed engagement is governed by the cap set in that engagement, not by this clause.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mittiva, its founders, employees, and contractors from any third-party claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the site in breach of these Terms; your violation of any law; or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged near the top of this document. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
